Description (learning methods, topics covered) For teaching staff: drafting newsletters For support staff, this day will be an opportunity to look back on the year 2024-2025 through exchanges and activities on the following topics: pedagogical days, the PDS network, the various training courses offered, the welcome and support program, and the review of annual development plans. In addition, support staff will participate in training on the characteristics of diverse student profiles and on effective intervention strategies for dealing with them. Time will be set aside to develop annual development plans for 2025-2026, designed to continue supporting professional and personal development. |
